Thank you for choosing GCX Corporation for your mounting needs.

Our hours of operation are Monday–Friday from 7:30am-4:30pm PST. All credit card orders will receive a response by Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.

Online Ordering Process

Upon completion of your ordering and payment information, your order will be processed. An Acknowledged Order Confirmation (PDF) will be emailed with ship date and order details. An automated tracking email is also sent the morning after shipment.

If a product is not readily available for shipment, a Pending Order Confirmation will be emailed to notify you of the delay. A ship date will then be confirmed within 2 to 3 business days.

Payment

Credit card is the only available payment method for online orders. For other payment options, please email your purchase order to orders@gcx.com or fax it directly to 707-773-1180.

Online sales are at retail price. For resellers, OEM’s, or high quantity orders, please contact a local Sales Representative for a quotation.

All products are taxable. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

Warranty/Cancelations/Returns

All GCX products have a five-year warranty covering materials and workmanship. For order cancelations, changes or returns, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-228-2555 or 707-773-1180 or email at orders@gcx.com. Please have your order number or EC Reference # available for expedited assistance.

All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and must meet GCX return policy requirements. Returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.
